Not a girly girl

Growing up I was not really a girly girl so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that my daughter isn't all pink and frills. She does have an older brother after all. She occasionally will play with her dolls but her toys of choice are Thomas, Lightening Mcqueen and building blocks. I guess the building blocks is sort of gender neutral, except that I went into the daycare the other day and they had saved one of her lego creations for me. She made an airplane! Not only that she drew an airplane to go along with the one she made. The staff where astonished that she was able to create something sort of recognizable and so was I! Now the only question that remains is: Who's going to play Barbies with me?
