Smelling the proverbial roses

I went for another morning run today. Well to be honest, it was more like a morning walk (my pace was a 20 minute mile =). I went by myself and for the first 30 minutes, I didn't see a soul on the road. the only sounds I could here were the birds chirping in the trees. It was incredible. I did stop to take some pictures.

Really I think we are so lucky to live in our little corner of the world.

Well at least I got some exercise in because this is what I had for breakfast!
